Refund Policy

  • Delegate fees for changes prior to September 15 are eligible for 100% refund.

  • Delegate fees for changes between September 15 and October 15 are eligible for 50% refund.

  • Delegate fees for changes after October 15 are non-refundable.

  • The delegation fee is non-refundable.

  • Hotel reservations at the DoubleTree are refundable in accordance with the hotel’s refund policy. TrojanMUN does not bear any responsibility for such reservations.

Has your school/delegation attended TrojanMUN in the past? *
Schools/delegations may request certain committee or country positions. However, there is no guarantee that these preferences will be accommodated. Thus, we recommend you note that multiple committees your delegation is interested in.
Payment for TrojanMUN can be submitted via PayPal, Venmo, or by mailing a Check. Shortly after your registration is submitted, you will receive an email from PayPal containing an invoice with further instructions for payment.
