James Kuo

James is a pre-med senior majoring in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Health Policy. He’s attended schools around Singapore, Taiwan, and the US, competing in MUN both collegiately and around Asia for the last eight years. He has previously served as the Director General for TrojanMUN, Under Secretary-General for TrojanMUN and SCMUN, and MUNSC’s Director of Finance. James enjoys eviscerating people at Game Pigeon basketball (challenge him if you dare), vices with innumerable consequences (e.g., cheese with lactose intolerance), curating a whimsical LinkedIn profile, and watching Valorant at LA’s Riot Games Arena. He is excited to make this year’s TrojanMUN iteration its best yet!

Shruthi Nadathur

Shruthi is a rising junior at USC double majoring in Political Economy and Journalism minoring in Law & Public Policy. She is from Dallas, TX, and joined MUNSC in Fall 2024. She has previously served as the Vice President of MUNSC’s competition team, the Under-Secretary-General of Crisis at TrojanMUN 2025, and the Director of Delegate Affairs at SCMUN 2026. Outside of MUN, she is President of VoteSC, a writer for both the Daily Trojan and Annenberg Media, a Dornsife Student Ambassador, and involved in other political and research initiatives on campus. In her free time, Shruthi enjoys reading, crocheting clothes, hiking, traveling, and playing instruments! She is beyond grateful to serve as your Director-General and can’t wait for an incredible TrojanMUN 2026.

Philip Rasmussen

Philip is a junior at USC majoring in Political Science with minors in Business Law and Entertainment Law. This is his third year at MUNSC, where he has previously served as  USG for Crisis Committees for TrojanMUN 2025, the Director for New Member Affairs for the club, and in countless staffing roles for TrojanMUN and SCMUN, USC’s high school conference. Outside of MUN, Philip is a member of USC’s Trojan Knights, manages Trojan Shelter, and moderating debate at Political Union; when not delivering tours as a Student Ambassador. In his free time, you may find Philip wondering across Los Angeles and its neighboring cities, writing research papers, playing tennis, and critiquing culinary experiences across Southern California in his extensive list of restaurants (if you want REAL food recs, you know who to ask). He is elated to serve as your Deputy Secretary General and cannot wait to make the best TrojanMUN iteration thus far!

ave Sakthivel Nirmala

Pave Sakthivel Nirmala is a freshman from Los Angeles, California, studying Astronautical Engineering. She has been a member of MUNSC since Fall 2025, but has had a long 7 years of Model UN experience under her belt. She has previously served as a Crisis ACD for ADHOC in TrojanMUN 2025 and Head Chair of UNOOSA in SCMUN 2026. Outside of MUNSC, Pave is involved in undergraduate research for the Fluid-Structure Interactions Lab and promoting mental health awareness with the Viterbi Wellness Center. She is also an avid reader, R.F Kuang being one of her favorite authors, a lover of all things outdoors related [except for swimming :( ], and a connoisseur of all fruit flavored desserts. As your USG of General Assemblies for TrojanMUN 2026, she is thrilled to curate a series of committees that challenge your perspectives and spark rigorous debate.

Jashan Grewal

Jashan is a junior studying International Relations with a minor in Legal Studies. She is from Birmingham, AL and this will be her fourth semester in Model UN. She previously served as a Deputy Chair for TrojanMUN 2025 and is so excited to be your USG of Specialized Committees this year. Outside of MUN, Jashan Ioves being involved on campus through the Undergraduate Student Government, Phi Alpha Delta, Troy Camp, and Project RISHI. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her best friends at Hermosa Beach. She can’t wait to see you all at TrojanMUN!

Aayan Rahman

Aayan is from Los Angeles, California, and is a firm believer that it is the best city in the world. He is a junior at USC, studying accounting. He joined MUNSC in the fall of 2025 as a sophomore when he transferred to USC. He first staffed as an ACD for TrojanMUN 25. Outside of MUN, he loves going to the gym, playing basketball, watching movies, and hanging out with friends while he loses at Catan. He likes listening to rock and rap music. Lakers in 5, and he can't wait for a great TrojanMUN!

Rian Ferragamo

Rian is a third-year student at the University of Southern California, where he is pursuing a double major in International Relations: Global Business and French. During his first year, he spent a significant portion of my time in Paris, which heightened his interest in the Francophone presence in the contemporary world, particularly in Northern and Western Africa. As well as serving as USG of Crisis for TrojanMUN, he is currently an active member of USC’s foreign service society, DPE, a volunteer for Language Ambassadors and TIRP, and a junior staff member for Glimpse from the Globe.

Armia Asgari

Armia Asgari is a third-year student studying Political Economy with a Data Science minor from Laguna Niguel, California. He joined MUNSC as a freshman in Spring 2025 and currently serves as the Director of Partnerships for TrojanMUN. Armia is passionate about fostering community and he looks forward to strengthening the culture of friendship within the organization. Outside of academics, he enjoys collecting Pokémon cards, bouldering, and surfing.

Yash Rajwani

Yash is a sophomore from Dallas, TX, studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at USC. He joined MUNSC in Fall ‘25, and has since become very involved with the organization. Outside of MUN, he’s a part of Avenues Consulting on campus, working on a variety of business problems. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, finding new music, and trolling his friends.

Adya Barthwal

Adya Barthwal is a Freshman studying Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and Data Science and Economics. She is from Los Angeles, and in her free time she loves trying new food and coffee spots, baking, hiking, and always spending time with her friends. She is so beyond excited to be your Director of Registration this year!

Sarah Batt

Sarah Batt is a freshman from San Francisco majoring in Political Science in the USC Dornsife Thematic Option honors program. She joined MUNSC in the fall of 2025 and is excited to serve as your Director of Marketing and Design for TrojanMUN. Outside of MUN Sarah is also involved in Haute Magazine as a member of the Finance and Events team. Apart from extracurriculars, Sarah can usually be found swimming, reading, visiting art museums, or trying to make back the money she spends in LA through her Depop shop .She cannot wait to see what this TrojanMUN will bring!
